Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nano-BaaS (the "Service"), operated by Kodestack. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

Nano-BaaS turns spreadsheets and CSV files into hosted REST APIs with a built-in data editor. You import your data, and we host and serve it via an API and dashboard.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and choose a password. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your data

You retain all rights to data you import into the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and serve that data on your behalf in order to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import any data you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or other users;
• circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls;
• resell the Service without our written permission.

5. Plans, quotas, and payment

The Service offers a free tier with usage quotas (dataset count, monthly requests). Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. Quotas and pricing are described on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or remain inactive for an extended period. On termination, your datasets and associated data may be deleted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
